Administration Assistant

Account Support Administrator Location: Ipswich Hours: 37.5 per week Contract: Permanent, Full Time About the Role We're looking for a highly organised Account Support Administrator to provide essential support to our client's commercial team. You'll play a key role in coordinating sales and marketing activities, preparing customer presentation materials, managing product information, and ensuring everything is in place for successful promotions, events, and account initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager and wider team. Coordinate product samples, marketing materials, and presentation assets. Prepare information and resources for customer meetings, promotional campaigns, and events. Maintain accurate product data, specifications, and supporting documentation. Support the launch of new products and promotional activity across sales channels. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing regular updates. Assist with organising product displays, demonstrations, and customer-facing events. Arrange the delivery and collection of samples and display materials when required. Ensure records, schedules, and communications are kept up to date and accurate. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or commercial support role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator who can build effective relationships across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
