<p>100% Remote :: Technical Project Manager, Patching Automation & Data Retention :: W2</p><p><br></p><p>Hi,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role :- Technical Project Manager, Patching Automation & Data Retention</strong></p><p><strong>Location :- Remote, USA</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Drive technical projects focused on patching automation and data retention. The role will coordinate endpoint,</p><p>infrastructure, security, compliance, legal, data, application, and operations teams to implement scalable controls,</p><p>improve execution reliability and establish clear governance and reporting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>• Create and manage integrated plans for patching automation and data-retention initiatives, including milestones,</p><p>dependencies, risks, owners, and acceptance criteria.</p><p>• Coordinate endpoint engineering, infrastructure, security, application, data, legal, compliance, privacy, service management,</p><p>and business stakeholders.</p><p>• Drive requirements, solution planning, pilot execution, rollout waves, testing, exception handling, operational readiness, and</p><p>handover.</p><p>• Establish governance for patch compliance, automation coverage, retention schedules, policy exceptions, evidence, and</p><p>reporting.</p><p>• Manage Jira plans, RAID logs, decisions, action items, status dashboards, and executive communications.</p><p>• Ensure change management, user communications, support procedures, documentation, controls, and audit-readiness are</p><p>built into delivery.</p><p>• Facilitate issue resolution where technical, policy, legal, operational, or business requirements conflict.</p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience </strong></p><p>• 5+ years of technical project management experience across endpoint, infrastructure, security, compliance, or data</p><p>governance initiatives.</p><p>• Experience delivering automation, patching, endpoint-management, data-retention, records-management, or policy</p><p>enforcement projects.</p><p>• Understanding of endpoint patching lifecycle, deployment rings, testing, exceptions, compliance reporting, and remediation.</p><p>• Ability to coordinate technical delivery with legal, privacy, compliance, and operational stakeholders.</p><p>• Strong project governance, Jira, risk management, status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.</p><p>• Clear communication and ability to translate technical and control requirements into executable plans.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><p>• Endpoint-management experience with enterprise Windows or cross-platform environments.</p><p>• Exposure to retention tooling, information governance, eDiscovery, or records-management programs.</p><p>• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.</p><p>• Experience supporting audit evidence and compliance reporting.</p><p><strong>Critical Competencies </strong></p><ul><li>Automation Delivery</li><li>Endpoint Governance</li><li>Control Alignment</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership</li><li>Audit Readiness</li><li>Clear Communication</li><li>Operational Excellence</li></ul><p><strong>Success Measures </strong></p><p>• Automation and retention milestones are delivered with measurable coverage and clearly defined exceptions.</p><p>• Technical, legal, compliance, and business requirements are aligned and traceable.</p><p>• Operational ownership, reporting, documentation, and audit evidence are established before closure.</p><p><br></p>
