Salary: Starting salary £32,000 during training, rising to £63,000 upon qualification.

Working Hours: Shift work including early, late, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Description: We are recruiting Trainee Train Drivers to join our London team. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified Train Driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and complete a 12 to 18-month training program, including classroom learning and practical experience.
  • Learn and master the operation of various train types.
  • Ensure the safe and punctual operation of trains.
  • Adherit to all relevant safety regulations and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (industry requirement).
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
